Courage is doing something scared. But you know what? The more you do it, the less scary it gets. Kind of like strength training – what once was so hard becomes easier with training. Courage is a muscle.
Nobody likes to be limited. It has a feeling of being held back, prevented from something good. But what if those limitations are actually what drive you?
